Coaching assumes that each person in the coaching relationship is guided by his or her values and beliefs.  As a Christian Coach, Tom has been a committed follower of Jesus Christ for over 47 years and seeks to live in accordance with this commitment.  He is honest in making this revelation but respects the different values and beliefs of others.  He does not seek to impose his values on others, proselytize, condemn, or refuse coaching services to people who do not share similar values and beliefs.

He is a trained professional coach who has a proven track record of business and leadership experience in a real-world environment coupled with a strong educational background with an Aerospace Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

How is Christian coaching different from secular coaching?
