Leadership Development

Recently trained as a  professional coach, Tom first learned about leadership as an Air Force combat fighter pilot in Vietnam.  Since then, he has expanded his experience by first being Director of Scheduling and Planning for a large multi-state corporation, and second by being the Chief Operating Officer of a high-tech firm. Besides the proven track record of business and leadership experience in a real-world environment, he also has a strong educational background with an Aerospace Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Tom can assist individuals in all types of organizations become more effective leaders by developing their leadership skills.  This in turn yields better results for their teams and for the organization.

The company, Leader Values, states that there are three stages in the leadership journey.  These are:

  1. Skill development – know what to do
  2. Behavior development – walk the talk
  3. Authenticity – be comfortable with your role

  4. Master the goals that will allow you to work anywhere in today’s dynamic business world.
